It is always a nice atmosphere to walk into; I am always greeted with a smile. If I need to cancel I can always get an appt., really quick and if I am running late, I just call ahead & let them know. Janel is the absolute best! I had gotten laser in the past and it unfortunately did not work for me, I was hesitant to try it out again but I am so glad I did because this time it actually did work! Having embarrassing hair in unwanted places is a real blow to your self confidence. It feels amazing to be able to go out and not have to worry about being judged on hair that shouldn’t be there. Janel makes sure you’re feeling comfortable during the whole session she keeps the air tight on the spots she’s lasering, so as not to burn the skin, and she’s quick, so you hardly feel it! I think the issue I had in the past was on the actual laser being used (it was not the same quality; where as Janel’s laser is very high tech). Janel also tailors the settings specifically to the thickness of your hair and body type! I’m extremely thankful to Janel for giving me my confidence back and allowing me to not have to worry about hair anymore!...more
